I guess, I simply misquoted. #142 should be the reference. Corrected it on my previous post. |
Projects should (maybe optionally ?) be mapped to QIF classes during import and export. |
Let me present my use case that somewhat fits the 1st point of the above description. I don't use ME on daily basis because my bank records are more or less good enough for me. However, I track precisely my spending on holidays. ME works great for that (thanks for everything you've done so far to make it so great). Alas, without the notion of projects which can contain not only transactions but accounts, categories, payees etc., it is inconvenient to both start and close a trip and archive data for future reference. |
Financial transactions are happening in the context of projects, and My Expenses should allow to manage this link.
