When a user tries to delete or modify a reconciled transactions, he should be warned about reconcilation being corrupted

Related: Currently we do not allow to directly change the reconciled state. Only via workarounds, e.g.:

clone transaction, then delete original
mark transaction as void, and then undelete.

We should allow to change reconciled state after confirmation of a warning.
