This above issue could be a write once use multiple times.

1.Personally, I would like to merge the data from a shared account (shared flat) at a certain point in time, f.i at the end of the month.
Thus, one could see what the shared flat spends on utilities, groceries etc. at the end of the month.

In other words, two merge data which belong to one bank account from different persons devices.

2.(1) works as well for non shared account, accessed by multiple devices controlled by one person.

Bonus one could add: Update the account on every device in "real time", without the need to manually import and merge the data.

@mulles This ticket is about how to deal with existing data if you import a backup. Currently it is deleted, instead the new data could be merged into the existing database.
I think your use case is already provided for by the synchronization feature. You create an account that you sync with a Drive/Dropbox/WebDAV backend, and that thus can be shared between multiple devices. Am I misunderstanding something?
