Usability fix: Optionally prevent instantiation of first instance of recurring transaction

A recurring transaction can be created both from the normal new transaction form, by selecting a recurrence, and from the new template form. The result of both operations differ: In the former case, the first instance is created, not in the latter. As user reports, this behaviour is not intuitive.
