Allow different sorting for account list in navigation drawer and account spinner on edit screen

Currently the sort order set for the account list on the navigation drawer is also used for sorting accounts listed on the spinner in the edit form. User reports that a different sort order for the two cases is useful. For example on the edit form, it makes sense to have the last used account appear first, while this is not relevant on the navigation drawer.
