remember expense/income for new transactions

Similar to #992 it would speed up our process of the expense/income switch remembered the last position when you add new transactions, splits or transfers. I know that you can choose it from the submenu for the FAB button but you can't choose "new split income" with less than two clicks. If the app remembers the last choice of the transaction type and income/expense it makes things easier if you enter a larger number of transactions at once.
