Opt-out from filter being applied on History and Distribution screens

Follow-up to #502 : User might want to see history and distribution without the filter from the main screen being applied.
This could either be configured through a setting, but for simplicity's sake I am leaning towards applying the filter upon opening History or Distribution, but provide an x on the filter card, which would remove the filter only on History/Distribution. When you return to main screen, the filter will still be in place.
