1. Drop the newsletter_mailchimp.php file into the plugins folder
2. Add the signup_mailchimp.js to your JavaScript folder and reference it on the page
3. Make sure you hook up your form and email input into the jQuery.
4. Activate the plugin on the admin -> plugins page.
