The goal of this PR is to streamline the experience of deploying memoryhole as much as possible.
In issue #10 , I summarized the only 6 steps that a would-be admin should need to ever take to deploy a memoryhole instance.
The goal of this PR is to use bash scripts & our playbook to cover everything in step 6).
