المساكن التى تم بناؤها وتوصيل مرافق اليها كالكهرباء، المياه، الغاز، الإنترنت و غيرها ... ـ تعتبر سرقة من الدولة بكل دولة حيث ان الدولة هى التى تقوم بخطط التطوير والتنمية لأراضيها وتوصيل المرافق إليها ودون ذلك يعتبر إرهاب وإجرام محلى ودولى على حسب مستوى المجموعة الإرهابية التى قامت بذلك الجرم.
تلك المساكن تدعى المساكن العشوائية الغير مخططة على الإطلاق حيث ان نسبة الجرائم تكون فى الحد الأقصى لها هناك على عكس المناطق السكنية التى تقوم الدولة بتخطيطها التى توفر بها نسبة أمان عالى عن طريق وضع نقطة شرطة بنطاق معين.
This kind of houses are not planned well and have a high rate of criminality/terrorism because it lacks the police existence unlike planned places by government that contains a police station or more based on the developed territory space.
FYA/FYI: 🙃 😉 😇 Bought flat should be prepared in advance with utilities (Internet, Landline, Electricity, Water, Gas, ...) upon receiving using the name of the buyer. Unfortunately 🤮 not as the case now globally 🌍 when you buy one and wait the extra registration procedures of other utilities for about 2 years or so. Be aware that ministry-of-housing is responsible to provide reachable registration channels to buy such legal fully-equipped-flat from the government to avoid fucken-racism ❤️🔥 😈 🤮.
