[Table] Allow more options for responsiveness

I'd like a table I'm creating to be scrollable on small screens. This doesn't seem easily possible at the moment. Each table cell is just mad super small. If we could set minWidth's for table cells, or even give the table a minimum width that would be nice. If the screen is smaller than the minimum width, then the table should be scrollable.

Also maybe hiding some columns on specific breakpoints would be pretty sweet
