Public site has issues in Chrome. Links redirecting back to home and a lot of 404s on demo js scripts.

Network panel shows 404s on common.js, main.js

IE seems fine. It shows adds.

Chrome doesn't show adds. Doublechecked chrome dev tools does not have 'force add blocking' checked/

@burkeda Thank you for raising the issue! It's an issue with our service worker update #13422. The workaround is to kill the existing service worker.
