Here's an iteration:

Right	Left bottom

Although it's a bit bothering the empty space on the right, I feel like it is better on the left bottom than on the right. And on desktop view, it gets below the Premium plan, which can be confusing?!

I don't think so. It's very clearly contained within the blue box...

Kept the button on the right then. It seems good to go. Merging it now! Any other feedback we tackle on further PRs.
