Made the switch from Icon to FontIcon, modified components which directly used Icon (IconButton, MenuItem, DropDownIcon, and FloatingActionButton) along with surrounding components and pages that use these components. The icon prop in these components has changed to iconClassName.
Remade the Icon page in the docs to discuss the new methods in using icons.
Removed all references to Icon and the material-design-fonticon folder.
