I felt that the text in #39141 didn't quite align with the discussions I've been having with @oliviertassinari and others about the key responsibilities, and the kind of person we're looking to hire for the DevEx team. So I wanted to try rewriting it from scratch.
The main thing I wanted to fix was the disconnect between what we're actually looking for (education and docs) vs what the older posting was conveying (community building, which is a lower priority for us at this time). I also wanted to shave down the key responsibilities and requirements to the bare minimum, in the interest of making it as clear as possible what we're looking for when screening candidates. This is a role that is particularly susceptible to scope creep, and if we ask for too much then we'll never find anyone who meets all of our criteria.
Last but not least, I revamped the intro sections regarding the company and its products to try to make it more clear and succinct. (I would have a hard time making sense of the older version of this text if I was brand new to the company.)
