Adjust design-engineer-x-grid - I have seen candidates apply who have no engineer background. This doesn't make sense relative to the role. We need a good level, for sure.

Fixed a number of confusion sentences where MUI is used as meaning an open-source project. For now, let's keep it to being an organization only, this will make it simpler to mass rename things if we ever change this in the future.
Polish on the existing job descriptions before opening the next batch.
It's a continuation of #39386 I didn't have the time to finish.
