Describe the bug

Whenever you have a vehicle with water cannon and you shoot it, as soon as the water beam hits a surface and water spark effects play, the first marker in array/table starts flickering, or doesn't render every frame.

When you have multiple markers, only the first one in array/table has this issue. Any other marker seems fine. Once you delete the first marker and they move all up one, the previously second marker (now first one) flickers.

Note: Ive seen this problem for some time now, maybe 1-2 years, first I thought it was just a server/map issue. But looking at it closer, this seems to be a mta bug which was introduced "lately".

From the looks it seems like the marker doesn't render on every frame, maybe every second one. Also it only seems to be that one water sparks effect, any other effect doesnt cause this weird behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

  1. create one or more markers. (doesnt matter if server or client)
  2. get yourself a vehicle with water cannon
  3. shoot water cannon and see as soon as the water beam hits surface and water sparks effects get created, first marker flickers.

Version

Multi Theft Auto v1.6-release-22388
This issue was introduced sometime in 1.5 history.
