Describe the bug
Watch the video to understand what I mean. A image says more than a thousand of words.

Expected behavior
The player should get hit

The video shows MTA 1.2

Additional context
I did not initially report this on Mantis, but i am pretty sure that this bug still exists, because i noticed problems with players especially when using Bikes. I need to do some testing.
