** Enable Withdrawl requests for Vendors
Enable Bank transfers for vendors

Now goto Commission and mark an unpaid commission as paid
You can see withdrawal request mail is sent to Vendors.

Expected Flow :
vendor should get mail to notify that their commission is paid
