feature request: Notification of "friend user" getting active

hi folks,

sometimes i am on a server afk (set mute and deafen cause there is no away
button on mumble ;() and doing something else on my system, as i usually do,
and i get then some desktop notification about (sown as a balloon message from
the mumble icon on my debian) someone i know entered the channel.

Thats sometimes a nice thing, if you know that person and would like to talk to
him or here, but sometimes, especially if someone gets connected and
disconnected again and again, it can be quite annoying.

So my request is to add a notification setting that allows you to get only noti-
fied if someone you have set into a "notification about group" (client side
group)

To realize that i would first improve the "friend function" (that one where you
can give clients hart icons in the gui which resolves in that they are
remembered through the sqlite db locally):

• first rename it to something like "known clients"
• then alow to set subgroups of "known clients" like "friends" and "annoying
  people" (positive and negative) by default, and of cause custom ones.
• and after that a setting where you can list the groups of clienst you want ot
  get notified about/ dont want to be notified about (switch between blacklist/
  whitelist)

that would make the whole mumble live a lot easy.
