Might be helpful if, in a multi-party conversation, you were able to change the color of the replies per user, or just toggle the user's name to modify color. I find it difficult sometimes with green+white exclusively to quickly, visually sort replies.

Also if you could click on the user's name to "tag" him or her in the reply would also be helpful or sorting, identifying / make chat more efficient
