Courses need a finalization date, so that they are automatically closed.

When closure occurs, no changes to course should be allowed:

No exams may be created
No students or teachers may be added to course or course's exam

fedescarpa removed the ready label

flbulgarelli added the paused label

flbulgarelli unassigned faloi
