[Issue]: 64MB limit on roms

Describe the bug

When trying to run B3313 (which weights around 100MB) the emulator crashes (TLB EXCEPTION). Tried to enable the TLB exception ignore thing in the rom settings, but didn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a b3313 0.9 abandoned ROM (or any ROM that's bigger than 64mb)
2. Try going into a save file
3. Get crashed

Expected behavior

The expected behavior from the emulator would be that the game would start and work just fine.
