What is your OS, graphic card and Qt version? Also, you are using old mupen64plus, which version of m64py you use?

OS: Arch Linux (kernel linux-ck 4.0.4)
Graphic Card: nvidia 720m, using bumblebee driver.
QT5: 5.4.1
QT4: 4.8.6
m64py: 0.2.3

Using the git version of Mupen the program had worken like a charm. Thank you.
