Get testing setup with spectron. This issue should be closed once simple tests complete with coverage and run on travis-ci.

This also includes support for the following cloud based tools:

  • travis-ci
  • appveyor
  • codeclimate
  • coveralls
  • david-dm

…om typescript specs to istanbul instrumentation to transpiled sources inside of electron run via spectron and still get something out. This is very hacky at the moment but it is at least generating a report, does not appear to be entirely correct but it is generating

This is going pretty good so far the only thing left to test is the automation of the pull requests. There is a greenkeeper.io integration now I'd like to see working before closing but the whole coverage pipeline is going smoothly now all the way to coveralls.io
