Actigraph has released its pygt3x package at https://github.com/actigraph/pygt3x. This is likely going to be better maintained than this repo, but it is only in python.

Installation

You can install the released version of pygt3x from CRAN with:

install.packages("pygt3x")

And the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("muschellij2/pygt3x")

What is special about using README.Rmd instead of just README.md? You can include R chunks like so:
