Tuplet does not adhere to style setting

Bug description

I have updated the style settings for tuplet and set the Bracket type to Bracket (instead of the default Auto).
I am now expecting that when I create a new tuplet in the score, that the bracket will be shown by default for all tuplets.

However, when I enter a tuplet, the bracket is not visible and the bracket type in the properties panel is showing the bracket type is set to auto.

Steps to reproduce

Start a new score
Go to Format->Style->Tuplets
Change the bracket type to: Bracket
Click OK and close the dialog.
Activate Note Entry
Select duration 5 (quarter note)
Press CTRL+3
Enter 3 x C
Hit ESC to leave entry mode

Select the tuplet and check the setting for Bracket type in the properties panel.
