[FEATURE] Implement new guitar bends feature

Task description

A new feature for guitar bends will contain the following components:

• New engraving that supports industry-standard notation for both the standard and tablature staves
• Corresponding playback support (resolving [MU4 Issue] Guitar bends do not play back #13544)
• Customisable playback controls

Guitar customization as well. like you can change the tone of the guitar to your preference instead of the default distort. If I wanted to have a low pitch guitar with high reverb i could do that, or if I wanted the guitar to whine the whole time. I could have full customization of it.
