Splitting a measure in score causes issues in parts

Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Bug description

When a measure is split, symbols in the parts' subsequent measures may unlink from the notes they are applied to – clef changes will change different notes, slurs may lose their endpoints, etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new score with multiple parts
2. Insert some music that contains a clef change
3. Generate a part of the instrument with the clef change
4. Split a measure before the clef change
