adjust the SATB closed score templates' ranges

to match instruments.xml, the higher voices defining the max. pitches,
the lower voice defining the min. pitches

The ranges were deliberately assigned to reflect the offical choral ranges
Professional Bass D2 to E4
Professional Tenor C3 to A4
Professional Alto G3 to E5
Professional Soprano C4 to C6
Amateur Bass F2 to D4
Amateur Tenor C3 to G4
Amateur Alto G3 to C5
Amateur Soprano C4 to A5

Having directed choirs for 30 years I should know what they are!

OK, but why then are the ranges for Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass different in open score and/or instruments.xml

Because I haven't checked them! Will do so as soon as my new build has finished

I wouldn't mind if the instruments.xm is not amended if it's wider. I can imagine that a solo soprano range is different than a choir soprano range.

It is even narrower in parts, maxPitchA for Soprano is only 79 in t instruments, but 81 in template, minPitchP for Bass is only 40 in instruments, but 38 in template
