This PR tries to recover tuplets which could have been saved with wrong baselength parameter in some corner cases. It does not work for tuplets saved with a wrong baselength and missing an element, for example a tuplet in second voice (created with the "Other tuplet..." dialog and non-reduced ratio) in which one of its element was deleted (operation not possible for the first voice).
It also tries to recover corner-case nested tuplets from MuseScore 1.3
