This patch makes tremolo be connected after reading each measure, since all the necessary information should be already available to that stage. This makes two-notes tremolo contain correct references to their chords regardless of layout being already committed thus avoiding the "inconsistent state" situation in case layout was not committed yet on that measure for some reason.
