fix #24219: Add Usbek translation

• rm share/locale/details.json

also qt_uz.ts seems missing, not sure where to get it from. Readme.md doesn't mention this.
Actually this is the reason for the Travis failure...
Next commit should fix this (by omission)
Ooops, forgot to add mscore_uz.ts to CMakelist.txt

Now a test fails in Travis:
