basic smart contract dev starter kit

frontend+smartcontract with erc20 example boilerplate included, and code base/tooling set up with:

Solidity smart contracts
truffle
openzeppelin

React
redux
drizzle
custom contract UI autogenerator

and some other things

Usage:
Normal npm stuff
See package.json for commands to deploy contracts to local blockchain with truffle and run react frontend

Make sure your Metamask has the first account of your truffle deployment loaded so you can interact with the contract as the owner.

Recommended Suggestions for New Devs:
 - Read docs for all the above tools/libraries
 - Setup truffle and ganache and metamask
 - Deploy contract to local Ganache
 - Run react app and try interact with contract via Metamask
