The Normalizer is commonly used to convert a genomic description (g.) to a transcript-oriented one (c.). The Batch Processor however does not provide any output whenever genomic descriptions are used.
We could add an optional field in which people can select a transcript identifier. This field can either be global (submitted alongside the input file) or it could be present in the second column of the input file. In both cases, the MANE transcript, when present, could be selected if the field is left empty.
