Enable your extension developer tools in Chrome. Click the three dot menu -> Extensions -> Manage Extensions and then turn on the developer mode.

Click "Load unpacked" and select the path to the cloned repository code.

Click the "Rephrase" extension in the extensions icon and add your OpenAI API key.
That's it. Enjoy using the Rephraser Chrome Extension!
