Storyboard support via custom segue and category extension. No changes to core MMDrawerController required. Added new example project to demonstrate capability.

Awesome @TomSwift I've merged this into master, and marked it as part of the 0.4.0 release. I have two more issues left to resolve for that release, so maybe sometime later this week I will be pushing out 0.4.0. Thanks again! 🍻 |

This changes allows MMDrawerController to be correctly initialized when instantiated via a xib or storyboard.
