Added l73-74 to get rid off duplicate columns - this means salinity from xlxs is automatically used as salinity from dbs is deleted l111 - changed to use the only salinity column lines re plot - using R^2 rather than R, locates text on better spot on graph + changed x axis limits for better graph

I added a few tests inside the tests folder... to be honest I can't remember how to run things to make the tests pass - apologies, we can take a look when you're back! |
