Thanks for this repo! Here's a revision that supports both multiple cities (separated by commas, no spaces needed on either side of the commas), as well as alerting only the first time by creating a "textsent" blank file. To trigger further alerts, simply delete the "textsent" file or remove lines 21-22 if this behavior is not desired.
