• --auto: prefer --nxagent over --xpra and --xephyr. Reasons:
  Faster startup than --xpra. Flexible display size opposed to --xephyr.
  Since Ubuntu 18.04 available to broader range of users than before.
• --runfromhost can be specified multiple times now.
• --runasroot can be specified multiple times now.
• --dbus-system and init systems: remove useless or failing dbus services.
• --systemd: mask some useless or failing units.
• set DISPLAY, XAUTHORITY, WAYLAND_DISPLAY and XDG_RUNTIME_DIR
  in docker run command for easier custom use of docker exec.

Fixed

• --xpra: Deny to start xpra >2.2.5 and <r19519 due to MIT-SHM bug.
  Show message that startup is only possible with --hostipc.
