SIMPL - Simple Intuitive Micro Programming Language

SIMPL is an embedable micro scripting language allowing for easy targeting of C++ applications. It is header only, uses modern C++, and boasts a flexible architecture which allows for a fully customizable back-end. Direct C++ bindings let you work with your C++ objects directly in script, and typed bindings allow for type safety across the boundaries.

Usage

You can use SIMPL in your C++ application (requires C++17 or higher) and create bindings.

  1. Add SIMPL to your include path
  2. #include <simpl/simpl.h>
  3. Use like so:
   simpl::engine e;
   auto ast = simpl::parse("@import io\r\n println(\"hello world\")");
   simpl::evaluate(ast, e);
