Filter HealthTest report by Students/Faculty

I thought both of these systems were great and made it super easy to keep track of who had tested and who still needed to be tested for any given week. The only very minor thing that would have made things a bit easier would have been the option to filter students and faculty/staff into 2 separate lists for the COVIDTest system since we were testing faculty/staff and students in two separate physical locations.
