Found MariaDB being mentioned in external installation instructions (https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-install-mybb-forum-with-nginx-on-debian-10/), so suggesting to add mention of MariaDB to MyBB's installation instructions and requirements to minimize doubts. Suggesting requirements mention as minimum MySQL 5.0 and MariaDB 5.1 (the first version of MariaDB). Also suggested to add MariaDB in README: mybb/mybb#4809 |
