Done:

• In admincp when you select "Ban User" from Options dropdown it searches if users is already banned and if so adds a "lift ban" link.
• Link to user front end profile from ACP

Closing this. The two "Done" features have been confirmed as completed. The "Todo" feature has been postponed (#628) as we're reaching the Beta 1 ETA.
