Time for Mr Proper action, 2.9.2->2.9.4 bump and wider gmic-py stability

Sticking to Stdc++11 g++ compilation under Linux. Libgmic gmic::run() now has more obvious default parameters possibly inherent to fresher stdc++ support than v11. Anyways sticking to stdc++11 by passing default parameter values instead of omitting them works OK for now. @dtschump feel free to comment on this, when you have time, I can fine tune the compiler standard if needed.
