This PR is to enhance the current implementation of SensorDimmer:

Added _status variable to store the current status
The sensor now presents two S_DIMMER child, one accepting V_STATUS messages, the other V_PERCENTAGE (fixes Add both v_status and v_percentage to SensorDimmer #296)
Default pin 3 since A0 is not a PWM pin
Added setStatus() and setPercentage() to set status and percentage programmatically
Added setReverse() and exposed through the remote API (fixes SensorDimmer cathod || anode #297)
