Essentially CAPE is just normal web server logs, but we do invite people to provide us with an email address for a survey reminder.

I've added a section to the LIT for CAPE covering the potential for personal data to be included via our processing of the council climate action plan documents.

I've also added a blank section to cover the email addresses collected as part of the survey stuff and a remark about Alchemer, which might need checking.

Otherwise I think it's just the standard web server logs LIT.
