" I think it would be good to let people preview the issues that they have entered, with options to submit or to re-edit."

Related to #190.

User feedback:

'Is there a way to preview a post before sending it.? I say
this with particular regard in the event of attaching a photograph.
As much as one can enter a photo ref number / title., you only get
to see how the visible photo (shape/size) appears to the viewer
after you've clicked on the send button. This would be nice and with
a facility, of course. to change it.'

This might also mitigate some of the privacy issues "I didn't realise you
would show my name publically!" etc.

A better photo uploader (which would include a preview) would be covered by #190.
A general preview could be useful, but I doubt it would help with privacy; if you don't see the stuff when filling in the form, I doubt you'll work out which bits of a preview are public or not :) And it adds an extra step where people can drop off/ assume their report has been made. I think the photo-upload aspect of this would be the most important part.
