In admin: link to campaigns from a user's profile, even if campaigns are hidden

Once a campaign is hidden, it does not show on a user's admin profile page. This complicates a situation such as the one I encountered today.

• I receive an email from user, requesting their campaign is hidden
• I search for user name, find the profile, but it has 0 campaigns attached to it
• Then I discover another member of the team has dealt with the request - this would have been much easier if I could have followed a link to the campaign in question, because at the moment there's no way to search for a campaign when you only have the user's name, unless you know the date it was created or have the campaign's url.
