Requests with bad SRID's should 404 not 500? #157

e.g. http://mapit.mysociety.org/nearest/84/50,-1.html (An example from the logs that was probably mis-typed) - SRID 84 doesn't exist, so I wouldn't think a 404 is a more suitable response.

Or 400 Bad Request perhaps. Looks like we already do some special exception spotting.
